Context applies to an individual query/document evaluation, not the sum of all documents in the request. This is not a generated-output token allowance.
Original API model shut down on 2025-04-30. Migrate to a supported model; tokenizer download availability does not imply live model access.

Rate conditions
Official deprecation table lists this former price for the retired model. Historical search-unit composition and additional terms remain unverified; not a currently purchasable rate.
Retention, training use, regional processing and enterprise terms have not been summarized for this endpoint.
Caching
Caching can reuse earlier input processing. Availability, lifetime and billing depend on the endpoint. A cache hit still generates a new response.
01 / INITIAL INPUTProcess & retain
The system processes eligible input and retains reusable state.
02 / LATER REQUESTCheck available state
Reuse depends on matching input, session state and the cache policy.
03 / CACHE HITReuse & generate
Reusing state can reduce repeated work. Any charges follow the billing rules below.

Not verified
No version-specific reranking cache contract verified; a shared cached_tokens metadata property does not establish support.

What the measurements say
No benchmark observations have been added for this model. We do not turn a vendor description into a performance score.
Latency and throughput depend on the host, request size, reasoning settings and load. There is no measured speed or global usage figure in this record.
The record behind the model
Why it is included
The exact original-model repository publishes a tokenizer and no model weights; its README explicitly calls it a tokenizer. Cohere documents managed inference for the original model. A public tokenizer does not make the underlying model open-weight.
