Nigerian-language hosted speech APIs with a public base-voice catalog and separately published open TTS weights.

Two managed speech services, four inference transports and 240 public voice presets. The published Apache-2.0 TTS checkpoint is excluded from private-model counts; exact hosted checkpoint equivalence remains unresolved.
